Thursday and Fridays from 10AM to 3PM
Saturdays and Sundays from 10AM to 6PM

UPDATE MAY 24, 2020:
As our city enables Phase 2 of Nashville’s re-opening plan, we feel our current procedures continue to satisfy the requirements for social distancing and safety measures established by the guidelines. At this time, no changes are being made to our services.
UPDATE APRIL 27, 2020:
By popular demand — self-serve stations are now available until 5PM Thursdays thru Sundays. To maximize our end-of-day cleaning and disinfection walk-ins are now available also until 5PM.
UPDATE MARCH 25, 2020:
First of all, thank you for the overwhelming support and love we have received for the past week. As we all navigate through these uncharted waters, at WashPaw, one of our top priorities continues to be safety. It requires looking out not only for the well-being of our staff but also for our furry guests and their parents.
We believe bathing and grooming is vital to the health and well being of our pets. Based on the information and guidelines provided by local health authorities and in our continued effort to improve the safety within our community and reduce the spread of COVID-19, we have implemented the following safety measures effective March 27, 2020:
Temporary Hours:
Self-Serve Washing Stations: Thursday - Sunday from 10AM to 3PM by appointment
Nail Trims/Nail Grind (Buffering) Walk-ins: Tuesday - Sunday from 10am to 6pm by appointment
Full-Serve / Grooming Salon: Tuesday - Sunday from 10AM to 6PM by appointment (Monday for cats only)
Limited Services Available: Walk-in services, including the use of our self-serve stations, nail trims, and nail grindings will be available on a limited basis and by appointment only. Several add-ons or treatments are not available to maintain proper distancing during this emergency. For increased protection, all visits must be pre-paid in advance (no cash accepted onsite). For our grooming appointments as well as nail trims/grinding, we will continue to meet you outside during check-in and pickup. If we need any information from you during your grooming appointment, we will contact you via phone to provide your furry pal with the best experience possible.
We hope with these precautions in place our staff can continue to enjoy a safe working environment while being able to serve you and your furry friends during the “Safer-at-Home” guidance period currently in our community. We will continue to update this page as new information is provided, including when stricter guidance is offered by local agencies.

The WashPaw Team is doing everything possible to safeguard the health and safety of our staff and ensure business continuity for our amazing customers.
As you probably noticed during all visits to our location, at WashPaw, we have always taken pride in offering our members a clean and safe environment using the most advanced sanitizing protocols and products available on the market. Not only are we surrounded by the cleanest ingredients (soap and water), we also understand your concerns about always wanting the very best for your furry companion. And we pledge to you that at WashPaw, you both will always be able to enjoy a safe time together.
As a certified professional pet care facility, it has always been our commitment to maintaining a clean and sanitized facility for the safety of our beloved furry guests, their parents, and our team. This promise requires the use of commercial-grade sanitizers and disinfectants around the clock to kill and eliminate any types of germ, bacteria, or viruses from surfaces and tools.
As concerns about the spread of coronavirus increase and in light of recent developments about this emergency, we have upgraded our sanitizing procedures to protect and safeguard the health of our visitors and staff. This includes:
Disinfection of all tools and frequently used areas inside our store every 20 minutes for a total of 3 cleaning rounds every hour.
Installation of specialized air filtering on all of our self-serve dryers.
Upgraded UV sanitation equipment on both front and back areas.
We have also updated our check-in/out procedure to reduce the number of people inside our facility. We ask that you please help us uphold these procedures during your visit so we can all enjoy a safe experience.
SELF-SERVE WASH
We are requesting parents to check-in before their visit and waiting outside. Parents can check-in electronically by requesting a washing station using our online platform from our parking lot, calling us at 615-781-9544 (option 2), or the kiosk located inside our store. Please note that at present we are only allowing one (1) adult per pet to be inside our facility while using washing stations.
GROOMING (CUT & STYLE/BATH & BRUSH)
Our staff will be ready to check you in and out from the convenience of your vehicle. Please pull up to one of our parking spots and our grooming staff will meet you outside to complete the necessary steps and paperwork during check-in, as well as accept payment via credit/debit card during check-out. Please refrain from waiting inside the store.
Can COVID-19 be contracted by my pet?
According to the World Health Organization (WHO):
There is limited evidence to suggest that your dog is at risk for COVID-19. And there’s no evidence that coronavirus in dogs can spread to humans.

We are closely monitoring the latest information from the CDC and WHO to help guide our thinking and decision making. The spread of COVID-19 is a public health issue and it is all of us to help quell its spread.
