TERMS OF SERVICE

1. All sales final. No refunds or reschedules allowed for appointments booked between October 30 and December 31, 2023. No exceptions.
2. Dogs must be on a short leash before coming inside the facility. As professionals we understand that not all dogs are friendly. Therefore we ask that all customers keep their pets on a short leash at all times to prevent closeness to other pets that may trigger a defensive reaction.
3. Cats must be inside a carrier at all times. No cats on a harness allowed.
4. For the consideration of others we ask that customers be on time for their booked appointment. All appointments will be held for a maximum of 5 minutes after scheduled start time, after which it will be given to customers on wait-list. No extra time after scheduled end time will be allotted.
5. For their safety children under 10 years old are not allowed in the store. Parents are responsible for their children while inside the facility.
6. Not all dogs are friendly to strangers. We ask that customers refrain from touching other animals. We are not responsible for accidents caused by failure to comply with this critical safety rule.
7. The use of a retractable leash is strictly prohibited if the pet is known to be aggressive and/or reactive to others. Aggressive and/or reactive dogs must wear a muzzle at all times while inside the facility.
8. WashPaw is a family place. Therefore we ask for patrons to be respectful of others and dress appropriately.
9. Although we try our best to keep floors dry please note floor may be wet in some areas. No running is allowed inside the facility. Appropriate non-slippery shoes are recommended (no flip-flops).
