Thanks to the support and feedback from our loyal customers we are proud to inform that all WashPaw self-serve packages will soon finally be an all organic and botanical experience!

Our new menu features a curated selection of coat and skin cleaning formulas made right here in the USA using human-grade, certified organic conditioning and botanical cleansing ingredients for a happy and healthy life.

Why the change?

Since the very beginning we have been offering our faithful clients the best shampoo and conditioner formulas available on the market. For years this has included 2 main variations to choose from: All-Natural and Organic.

Our promise has always been to only provide responsible pet parents with coat and skin cleaning solutions that are free of harmful chemicals. For that reason, all formulas at WashPaw have been vetted and tested, and must be free of parabens, SLS, phthalates, soaps, dyes, or pesticides in order to end up in our formula menu.

However, for quite some time (and especially because of the effects the pandemic has caused on supply chains), it has become almost impossible to find reputable manufacturers that have kept up their promise to produce clean, chemical-free shampoo and conditioners.

Unfortunately, the term “all-natural” is not currently regulated. Therefore, it has become such a cloudy and confusing word used by companies in their marketing to sell their products. Even if only one in a list of 30 ingredients is close to being in its natural state they call their product “all-natural” right away.

Faced with this problem we had two options: either continue offering formulas that we know are not up to the quality and clean manufacturing standards our customers deserve, or shift towards an all organic and botanical menu.

And that made it very easy for us to decide! Simply put: our beloved patrons deserve only the best. With our new self-serve menu now your friend can continue to enjoy feeling healthy and clean while you get the peace of mind knowing you are using only the best cleaning formulas available.

Will the old all-natural formulas stay?

Sadly, no. Since we are no longer able to guarantee the quality and consistency of the all-natural formulas we have been providing on our self-serve menu we have decided it is in our furry clients’ best interest to phase them out. Therefore, effective October 15 our all-natural packages will no longer be available.
